A morning checklist that reads your own database.
Every morning, after your site's overnight jobs, one email: what needs you today, ranked, each line one tap from where you fix it. The same list lives on an admin page where you tick things off.
Ask about Daily Plan →For business owners, and for agencies that run sites for their clients. We set it up on your own site.
How it works
One list, read from your own data.
Every morning
One email, ranked
After your site's overnight jobs finish, one email arrives: what needs you today, most urgent first. Each line is one tap from the page where you fix it.
The admin page
A list that keeps itself
The same list lives on an admin page where you tick things off. Most items tick themselves: they come from your data (a queue waiting, a failed nightly job, broken content, an unanswered request, a new lead), so when the thing is fixed, the item closes. Nobody maintains a board, so it can't go stale.
Today's ceiling
What the day can hold
How much could get done today, given your quotas, budgets and backlog, and what's waiting on you. It shows the numbers it worked from, so you know what the day can hold before you start.
Proposals
Drafts, never actions
If you turn them on, an AI drafts a few pieces of work each morning from what came in overnight. They stay proposals: nothing is saved, sent or published until you press Keep, and Keep makes a draft, never a live change. Proposals are capped per day, and every AI call is logged with its cost.
What you get
- One email every morning, after your overnight jobs: a ranked checklist with a link on every line
- An admin page where you tick items off, add your own, act on them inline and re-send the email
- Items that open and close themselves from your live data, alongside the ones you add
- A capacity panel: today's ceiling, and what's waiting on you
- AI proposals, capped per day, with every call logged and costed. They never act on their own
- A command-line hook so your other tools can add items
What it needs
- A web app with a database
- A scheduler for one job a day, such as Vercel Cron
- A way for the site to send email
- An admin login
Running cost
One scheduled job a day, plus a few cents of AI calls a day if proposals are on.
Where it lives
On your own stack, set up for your site. It isn't a hosted dashboard: the list lives in your own database, behind your own admin login.
Built for our own site first
Daily Plan has been running on Clipsboard, a sister site of ours, since October 2026. There, the list reads the grids waiting for review, dead clips on live pages, overnight jobs that ran late and visitor requests. On your site it reads whatever your open work is.
